1. Registration, registration and payment
Before you can participate in an event, you must register online and make the payment. Your registration is final when we have received the payment. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
Each participant must be single and must enroll in his / her age category. If you do not meet these conditions, Dare to Date may refuse your registration
We guarantee a minimum of 8 participants per event. If this number is not achieved, the event will be canceled and the registration fee will be refunded.
Once you are registered for an event, no refund is possible.
If Dare to Date cancels a speed dating event, you can choose to re-register for a speeddating event of your choice or to get the sum refunded. You will be informed about this in time.
5. You arrive late
If you are unable to attend, please let the host know as soon as possible. His / her details are always in the confirmation email you have received. There is no refund option if you miss a part of the event. However, there is always time to talk to everyone after the individual speed dates.
Dare to Date is always doing its utmost to create the perfect environment for singles to meet their match. If you do not have a match after a speed dating event, Dare to Date is not liable for this. If you have questions about this or think something has gone wrong, you can always contact the staff. They will help you within 24 hours.
If there is a match, only those details will be communicated to your match that you want to lose yourself.
Dare to Date can never and in no way be held liable for any form of possible damage and / or theft of personal property during any of its events.
Dare to Date is also not liable for accidents, neither during nor after its events.
Dare to Date is also not liable for the contacts arising from its events. We insist that our events are always smooth and pleasant; If inappropriate behavior is displayed, we ask you to report this as soon as possible to the host so that he can take the necessary steps and Dare to Date can remove the person in question from its membership.
Each participant is responsible for communicating his / her details at our events. Dare to Date will never disclose full personal data to third parties, unless the participant gives his / her explicit consent.
Dare to Date has the right to deny someone access to its events without being held accountable. Among other things, but not only because of:
- inappropriate behavior towards the host, participants or employees at the location
- disseminating personal data of other participants
- any reason that the host finds sufficient. He / she is not obliged to motivate this.
If a person is denied access to an event, he is not entitled to compensation of any kind, or to reimbursement of the registration fee.
